Program Workflow

From collaboration to candidate placement – our seamless process to connect you with qualified talent.

Pre-Screening

RMC Asia interviews and evaluates applicants for eligibility, English proficiency, and motivation.

Candidate Introduction

Confirmed candidates are introduced to Host Organizations based on their preferences and requirements.

Interview & Hiring

The hiring manager(s) at the Host Organization conduct the hiring interview(s) with pre-selected candidates.

Program Vetting

Our team confirms the proposed benefits, accommodation options, and visa details with the Host.

Offer Confirmation

RMC Asia issues the formal offer to the candidate on the Host company's behalf.

Administrative Support

Our team coordinates with the candidate and their university in preparing the necessary documents for the visa application.

Pre-Departure Orientation

Our team conducts the mandatory pre-departure cultural orientation with participants.

Arrival & Welcome

The Host Organization arranges airport pick-up, prepares accommodation, and welcomes the trainee with a brief company orientation.
