Marriott International, represented by RMC Asia, is looking for management trainees to join their resort’s front office department in Thailand! This unique opportunity is part of RMC Asia’s Cultural Exchange Programs: a variety of hospitality internships, management training, and contractual positions in leading hotels and resorts across Asia. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IN FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT – RESPONSIBILITIES

● Handling reservation inquiries, making bookings, modifying existing reservations, and managing room availability
● Performing various front desk tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments, and issuing room keys
● Assigning rooms to guests based on their preferences, room availability, and special requests
● Ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings by following established security procedures
● Participating in training programs and workshops to develop skills in areas such as guest service, communication, and problem-solving
● Other related front office management trainee duties

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

● 18 – 39 years old
● Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters)
● Minimum 12 months of related work/internship experience
● Relevant major of study
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Fluent English
● Well-groomed
● Pleasant personality
● Clean criminal record
● No drug abuse
● Minimum 6 months passport validity

Please note that all applicants are interviewed by RMC Asia, and must be accepted as seen fit and qualified for the program prior to being introduced to host organization for hire.
