RMC Asia is hiring culinary interns for Sheraton Hotels and Resorts in Phuket, Thailand! This internship program is part of RMC Asia’s Cultural Exchange Programs, which also offer management training and contractual positions in Asia’s prestigious hotels and resorts. CULINARY – RESPONSIBILITIES

● Assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes
● Learning various cooking techniques and methods
● Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
● Assisting in kitchen management and inventory control
● Participating in menu development and recipe testing
● Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
● Assisting in the set-up and breakdown of kitchen stations
● Observing and learning from experienced chefs
● Participating in regular training and development opportunities
● Other related duties in the kitchen department

● School, college, or university reference letter
● Conversational English
