Founded in mid-2014 as RMC Educational Travel Asia in Bangkok, we began by servicing host organizations in Thailand, creating cultural exchange opportunities within the country’s thriving hospitality industry.

As the demand for cultural exchange programs grew, we broadened our reach to new destinations, offering more opportunities for aspiring professionals.

2019 – 2021
The global pandemic significantly impacted the hospitality industry, but RMC Asia adapted, diversifying program locations and establishing partnerships in the Middle East, and beyond, ensuring continued opportunities for cultural exchange.

With travel restrictions lifted, MC Asia returned in full force, connecting world-renowned five-star hotels and luxury resorts with talented individuals, shaping careers, and leaving a lasting impact on the global hospitality industry.
