HOUSEKEEPING – RESPONSIBILITIES
● Maintain rooms and common areas neat and clean
● Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and schedules
● Greet guests warmly; demonstrate high levels of customer service
● Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
● Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance while on duty
● Adhere to the health and safety regulations of the hotel
● Other related duties in the housekeeping department

● Enrolled students in college or university
● Mandatory college or university reference letter
● Conversational English
