Vetting host organizations, site visits, accommodation checks, and confirming visa requirements.

Guidance through application, interview, and onboarding, including document preparation and visa submission.
Assistance with arranging health, travel, accident, and liability insurance.
Support with visa extensions, in-country consular services, and assistance with visa runs.
Preparation for travel through virtual orientation sessions covering cultural, professional, and logistical aspects.
Coordination of airport pick-up, support with initial settling in, and housing arrangements (additional costs may apply).
Regular check-ins with participants and host organizations, emergency assistance, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
Guidance on exit procedures, obtaining references or completion certificates, and support for recommendation letters post-program.
