Vetting
Process
The Host Organization reviews full program benefits, visa details, and signs the MOU with RMC Asia.
Hiring
Process
RMC Asia pre-selects candidates, introduces them to Host Organizations, schedules interviews with both parties, and facilitates virtual interview sessions.
Intent to Hire Confirmation
Upon selection, RMC Asia issues an intent to hire with the details of the Program and seeks the candidate's acceptance of terms, allowing for discussion with their family/university if needed.
Program Confirmation to Host Organization
After the candidate acceptance, RMC Asia shares their personal documents with the Host Organization for agreement and job description preparation.
Agreement & Job Description to Candidates
RMC Asia facilitates the signing of the agreement and job description, and requests a university recommendation letter if required.
Visa Documentation
RMC Asia compiles and shares all documents needed for the visa application with the Host Organization; in-country processing is handled by the Host Organization.
Visa
Approval
Upon visa approval, RMC Asia coordinates flight confirmation, travel insurance, and a pre-departure orientation.
Participant Introduction
Contact details are exchanged between the Host Organization and Participants to establish direct communication before arrival.
International Travel Support
RMC Asia stays in touch with the Host Organization and Participants throughout travel and arrival for seamless onboarding.
