Coordination of airport pick-up, support with initial settling in, and housing arrangements (additional costs may apply).
Regular check-ins with participants and host organizations, emergency assistance, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
Guidance on exit procedures, obtaining references or completion certificates, and support for recommendation letters post-program.
Your Role

- Building relationships with universities and training institutions.
- Recruiting and pre-screening suitable candidates.
- Sharing accurate program information with applicants and stakeholders.
- Coordinating candidate profiles, preferences, and updates with RMC Asia.
- Assisting with documentation collection and submission.
- Supporting interview preparation, visa guidance, and pre-departure preparation
- Managing local communication and ensuring timely responses from applicants.
