RMC Asia is an international organization providing Cultural Exchange Programs, including internships, management training programs, and contractual placements in the hospitality industry across Asia and the Middle East.
RMC Asia acts as a placement, coordination, and support provider, working with host organizations, schools, agencies, and partners to facilitate international program experiences.
By using this website, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting forms or applications
- Use the website for lawful purposes only
- Not misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt the website or its content
RMC Asia reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if misuse or violation of these terms is identified.
Submitting an application through the RMC Asia website:
- Does not guarantee placement, acceptance, or employment
- Is subject to eligibility assessment, document review, and host organization selection
- Requires timely submission of all requested documents
Final placement decisions depend on multiple factors, including availability, qualifications, interviews, visa approval, and host organization requirements.
RMC Asia programs require payment of:
- A Registration Fee
- A Professional Services Fee
Fees:
- Are clearly communicated during the application and onboarding process
- May be partially or fully refundable in certain cases, in accordance with RMC Asia’s official Refund Policy
- Are subject to the terms outlined in the Participation Agreement provided to confirmed participants
- Do not include third-party costs such as flights, travel insurance, embassy fees, or personal expenses
Refund eligibility, timelines, and conditions vary depending on the program stage, services rendered, and individual circumstances. Full details are provided in the agreement signed upon program registration. RMC Asia reserves the right to revise fees, with notice provided before confirmation.
Participants are responsible for:
- Holding a valid passport
- Complying with visa and immigration regulations
- Obtaining required travel insurance (where applicable)
While RMC Asia provides guidance and support, final visa decisions rest solely with embassies or government authorities. RMC Asia cannot be held responsible for visa delays or refusals.
Participants are expected to:
- Follow RMC Asia’s Code of Conduct
- Comply with host organization policies, workplace rules, and local laws
- Maintain professional behavior throughout the program
Failure to meet these expectations may result in program termination without refund.
RMC Asia is not responsible for:
- Actions or decisions made by host organizations
- Visa rejections, travel disruptions, or personal losses
- Injuries, illness, or damages occurring during the program (outside RMC Asia’s direct control)
Participants join programs at their own risk and are encouraged to secure adequate insurance coverage.
All website content, including text, images, logos, videos, and design elements, is the property of RMC Asia unless stated otherwise.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
